View your account details

You can view your account details such as your balance, interest, fees and charges on eligible accounts using the ANZ App and ANZ Internet Banking. Why not take a look and see how easy it can be.

 

View account details

Your account details are displayed depending on the type of account you're viewing. 

  • General account summary (all accounts) - includes account name, number and balances
  • Term deposit and investment accounts - in addition to general account summary you may also find interest rates, payment frequencies, interest paid to date and instructions for maturity
  • Loan accounts - in addition to general account summary information you may also find interest rates, repayments, term dates, statements and mortgage offsets, where applicable.

How to view your account details in the ANZ App

  1. Open the ANZ App on your mobile device
  2. Choose the account to see your account details and transactions
  3. If you're viewing a home loan account, tap on View home loan details for more informationdisclaimer.

How to view your account details in Internet Banking

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Select the account you want to view in greater detail
  3. Select the Details tab, where your account details should now be displayed.

Share your account details using the ANZ App

There may be times when you want to share your BSB and account number with a trusted person, like receiving birthday money, or a friend paying you for lunch.  To make things easier, you can use the ANZ App to share your BSB and account number. Here are some simple steps to show you how:

  1. Open the ANZ App
  2. Choose your account and tap the share symbol
  3. Choose how you want to send it (eg. SMS, email etc.) and who you want to send it to
  4. Follow the prompts.

View your interest and charges

How to view interest and charges in Internet Banking

To view for a specific account:

  1. Go to the Internet Banking log in page
  2. Select an account from your list
  3. Select the Details tab
  4. Expand the Interest and charges section by clicking on the arrow to the right.

To view a summary of all of your eligible accounts:

  1. Go to the Internet Banking log in page
  2. Go to the Settings menu
  3. Under Account Preferences, select View interest and charges summary.

View term deposit interest history

  1. Log in to ANZ Internet Banking.
  2. Select your term deposit.
  3. Then select the Interest history link.

The term deposit details are divided into an account summary and investment details.

See your spend summary

The ANZ App automatically sorts your transactions by merchant or category so that you can see valuable insights into your spending – like just how much you spend on stationery each month. Give it a try.

Get your spend summary in three simple steps:

  1. Open the ANZ App
  2. Choose an account
  3. Tap View your Spend Summary

Yes. You can view interest earned on a particular term deposit for the current financial year and the previous financial year.

  • You can only obtain the total amount paid to you in a certain financial year.
  • Breakdown of the interest is not available.
  • The interest received on current financial year is current as at today's date.

Funds in loan accounts are usually not available for withdrawal, unless the redraw feature is available for the loan. This section therefore always shows a N/A.

To see if you have funds in your account, you can go to the Redraw loan section. 

This page shows the amount paid in advance, which is the funds for redraw.

You can also check the amount paid in advance from the Account details page for your loan.

To check if you have any funds to redraw in your loan, you need to look under Amount paid in advance in the Loan term details section.

The amount shown in this field is the funds for redraw.

Alternatively, go to the Redraw loan section to check the funds for redraw.

This page shows the amount paid in advance, which is the funds for redraw.

No, you can't view the interest rate history on the loan account details. You can only view the current annual percentage interest rate applicable to your loan.
