How do I replace a lost or damaged card?

If your card is lost, damaged or no longer working, you can order a new card in the app.   

If your card is lost or stolen:

  1. Go to the Card icon. 
  2. Tap on Cancel and Replace Card and follow the prompts.  

If you think you've misplaced your card you can also lock it in the app:  

  1. Go to the Card icon. 
  2. Tap on Lock.  

To re-issue a damaged card:  

  1. Go to the Card icon. 
  2. Tap on Replace Damaged Card and follow the prompts.     

Replacing a Joint ANZ Plus card

If you’re replacing a Joint ANZ Plus card, ordering a new card won’t affect the other account holder’s card. Just remember to swipe across to your Joint card before ordering your replacement.
