We’re here to help our customers and communities get back on top of things in times of need. If you’ve been affected by a natural disaster – such as a bushfire, flood, storm or earthquake – here’s how we can help.
We understand that in times of need you want a fast response. That’s why we’ve created a Disaster Relief Package for personal and business customers affected by natural disasters.
We also understand that each customer will have different needs, which is why we encourage you to review the package below before getting in touch to discuss your support options.

If you’re a personal or business customer and have an ANZ Relationship Manager, please contact them first.
Completing our financial assistance form is the quickest way to request support. You can also call our financial hardship team, but be prepared for longer than expected wait times.
If you have insurance with ANZ and want to lodge a claim, visit insurance claims or call our insurance team.
