ANZ Internet Banking customers can change these details for accounts that are linked to ANZ Internet Banking. To update your phone or email address, visit change my personal address/contact details.
To change your business address, please follow the instructions below.
ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can also change these details for accounts that are linked to ANZ Internet Banking for Business.
Unselect the accounts you don't wish to update
Select "Update address"
Your lodgement receipt will confirm that your request has been lodged for processing
Updates will be completed within two to five bank business days after which, you’ll receive confirmation under the Your requests section of Enquiries.

Yes. You can update your address in one of the following three ways:
Option 1 - Via ANZ Internet Banking
Option 2 - Over the phone
Option 3 - Visit your local ANZ branch
It may take up to five bank business days to update your details in ANZ systems.
No. The address for accounts requiring multiple signatures cannot be updated via an online request.
If the business account has multiple signatories you will need to contact ANZ branch for more details.
The address for the following accounts cannot be changed in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business:

If you’re an ANZ Insurance policy owner, changing your address can affect policy conditions. You’ll also need to inform the ANZ Insurance Centre of the change on 13 16 14, 8am-8pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday.
