Manage multiple Pay Anyone templates

Templates help you create your Multiple Pay Anyone payments. Once you have a template saved you can select it to populate your payments without the need to add the details for each payment individually.

You can easily add, edit, delete, copy or rename a template.

The following indicates the amount of payments that can be made using multiple Pay Anyone for ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers:

  • Multiple payments completed manually: 18 payees.
  • Multiple payments via template: 99 payees.
  • Multiple payments via file uploads: 999 payees.

Yes. There are different daily limits depending on the payment types. Current daily payment limits are as follows:

ANZ Internet Banking - business customers

  • BPAY®: $75,000 (up to $50,000 per transaction)
  • Pay Anyone: maximum of $25,000 total (without ANZ Shield) or $50,000 total (with ANZ Shield).
  • Payroll payments: maximum of $25,000 total (without ANZ Shield) or $50,000 total (with ANZ Shield). (included in Pay Anyone limit)
  • International payments maximum of $25,000 total (without ANZ Shield) or $50,000 total (with ANZ Shield). (included in Pay Anyone limit)
  • Direct tax payments: $100,000 (separate to BPAY® and Pay Anyone limits).

ANZ Internet Banking for Business

  • BPAY®: $150,000 ($50,000 per transaction).
  • Pay Anyone: maximum of $5,000 total (without ANZ Shield or Security Device) or maximum of $1,000,000 total (with ANZ Shield or Security Device), per registered business (BRN)
  • Payroll payments: maximum of $5,000 (without ANZ Shield or Security Device) or maximum $1,000,000 total (with ANZ Shield or Security Device) (Included in Pay Anyone limit) per registered business (BRN)
  • International payments: maximum of $5,000 total (without ANZ Shield or Security Device) or $150,000 maximum per transaction up to the daily limit of $1,000,000 total (with ANZ Shield or Security Device) (included in Pay Anyone limit).
  • Direct tax payments: $1,000,000 (separate to BPAY® and Pay Anyone limits).

The "Multiple Pay Anyone - Payment templates" page provides the list of multiple Pay Anyone payment templates that have already been created. The list includes the following details about each template:

  • Template type: displays "Pay Anyone" for multiple Pay Anyone templates.
  • Template name: displays the name given to the template at the time of creation.
  • No. of payees: displays the number of payees in the saved template.
  • Value: displays the total amount of the payments in the saved template.
  • Last used: displays the date the template was last used to create a multiple Pay Anyone payment.
