FAQs

What types of ANZ accounts are eligible for online statements?

Eligible accounts for online statements include most:

  • Personal everyday banking and savings accounts
  • Consumer Credit Cards
  • Home Loan and Personal loan accounts
  • Business everyday transaction and savings accounts

Am I eligible to view online statements?

In the ANZ App and Internet Banking, you can view online statements for an account if you are:

  • The primary cardholder of a consumer credit card (excluding ANZ Business One credit cards)
  • The Principal, Directory or Signatory for an ANZ Business One credit card
  • The primary, sole, or nominated joint owner of an account
  • A signatory or an Authorised Enquirer or Director for an ANZ Business One credit card
  • A direct or an indirect trustee
  • A third party signatory/power of attorney of a business account (except ANZ Business Loan account) or a personal everyday banking or savings account.

For ANZ Internet Banking for Business, the user must be granted access on the account to be able to view online statements. Certain account authority levels may prevent you from being eligible to view online statements. For example (but not limited to):

  • If you are an additional cardholder for a consumer credit card
  • If you are an additional cardholder for commercial credit cards (and you’re not a signatory or an Authorised Enquirer or a Director)
  • If you are a Beneficiary or Guarantor to an Account.

What happens if other parties are currently sent paper statements for one of my accounts?

If you select Online statements for an account, this means that a person who previously received paper statements for that account:

  • Will not receive paper statements for that account if they have authorised access to that account in the ANZ App and/or Internet Banking; or
  • Will continue to receive paper statements for that account if they do not have authorised access to that account in the ANZ App and/or Internet Banking.
