Information on Credit Reporting

To understand more about credit reporting and how you can check your credit report, refer to the Australian Retail Credit Association website, Credit Smart. You can find more information here.

You may be asked to provide us with an up to date copy of your Credit Report and our team will contact you if this is required, along with any other supporting information e.g. if you wish to be represented by a nominated third party, we will require you to provide us with a copy of the signed Letter of Authority, as well as a copy of both customer and Nominated Third Party Identification Document.

You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each of the Credit Reporting bodies.
