Steps to set up your business banking

ANZ’s digital banking solution helps you manage your business finances and open new accountsSuperscript: 1 anytime, anywhere.

Follow these five steps to get set up. 

1. Set up internet banking

Already an ANZ customer

Great news – you’re already set! Your bank account is ready to use when you log in to internet banking.

Log in 

 

New to ANZ

Internet banking is easy to set up.

You’ll need your Customer Registration Number (CRN) and the Telecode sent to you via SMS or given to you by a banker.

2. Set up the App

Access your business banking instantly and securely with the ANZ AppSuperscript: 2.

Scan the QR code to download the ANZ App or open the ANZ App if you already have it.

3. Use your account

Your account is ready for business. 

  • Process your payments and transfers online. 
  • Make multiple payments or transfers with one single debit.

 

4. Activate your cardSuperscript: 3

In the ANZ AppSuperscript: 2

  1. Log in to the ANZ App
  2. On the 'Accounts' screen, tap 'More'
  3. Tap 'Activate Card' and follow the prompts
  4. Set your card PIN, and you’re done!

In ANZ Internet Banking

  1. Log in to ANZ Internet Banking
  2. Go to the 'Settings' menu
  3. Select 'Activate card' and follow the prompts. Easy!
  4. If you don't have a PIN for your card, or wish to change your current PIN, we can show you how.

 

5. Link accounting software

You can:

  • Manage your cash flow from day one by linking your business bank account to an accounting software provider like MYOB. 
  • Get a clear view of your finances with reporting, invoice management and expense tracking.
