Can I use my digital ID to verify my identity?

You can’t use digital ID documents to verify your identity when you’re opening ANZ Plus accounts. This is to make sure the ID documents used haven’t been digitally edited.

By taking a photo of your hard copy ID document, it helps to prove it’s really you and not someone trying to open accounts in your name.
