How do I log out of the ANZ Plus app?
We’ve designed the ANZ Plus app so you don’t need to log out between sessions. Simply exit the app and we'll log you out after a short period of inactivity.
Alternatively, you can manually log out each time in the app:
- Go to the Profile icon.
- Tap on Log Out.
If you log out, you’ll to need to log in the next time you open the app regardless of whether you have Quick Login turned on or not.
If you have Quick Login turned on
You won’t need to authenticate until the first time you try to do something that requires your Access PIN, like making a payment or updating your details. Once you’ve authenticated once, you should be able to use all the app features until the end of your session.
If you’re inactive for a short period of time or force close the app, you’ll need to re-authenticate to do anything that requires your Access PIN.
Since you won’t need to authenticate to open the app, view basic information and make transfers, you might not notice that your authentication has timed out right away.
