What is a call verification request
When you’re speaking with an ANZ Plus Coach, or another ANZ Plus representative, you may receive a call verification request in the ANZ Plus app.
This verification request is to add an extra layer of security before we discuss your personal or sensitive information, or take certain actions on your behalf.
If a verification request is declined or isn’t approved, and verification cannot be conducted in some other way, the Coach or other ANZ Plus representative will end the call.
