How do I refund a payment?
If you've accidentally made a payment to the wrong person, the fastest way to get a refund is usually to try and get in touch with the person or biller directly.
However, if you don't know the person who received your payment, let us know and we'll look into it for you. Simply open the payment in the app, tap on Something not right? and follow the prompts.
If you're looking to refund a payment made using your joint accounts, remember to check with your plus one before lodging a dispute.
