How do I cancel a direct debit or recurring payment?

If you'd like to cancel a direct debit, please send us a message. For joint accounts, either you or your plus one will be able to request to cancel a direct debit.

To cancel a recurring card payment, you'll need to get in touch with the merchant directly. If you're having an issue cancelling with the merchant, send us a message and we'll look into it for you.
