When will my ANZ Plus card be delivered?

Your new ANZ Plus Visa Debit card should arrive in the mail within 5 to 10 days of joining ANZ Plus, ordering a replacement or opening joint accounts.

If your card still hasn’t arrived after three weeks, there may have been a problem with the delivery, so you’ll need to order a new card.

To order a new ANZ Plus card in the app:

1. Go to Card tab.
2. Tap on Cancel and Replace Card and follow the prompts.

If you’re after a new Joint ANZ Plus Visa Debit card, remember to swipe across to your Joint Debit card before ordering your replacement.

Tip: You may be able to add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay™ before it arrives.
