Create a budget

Make the most of money coming in by creating a budget.

Use our budget planner to get started. It has the flexibility to suit your lifestyle so you can factor in as much fun as you can afford. You can also build in regular savings to get ready for that next smartphone release, student trip or round of tuition fees and text books.

2

Set up your accounts

Set up your accounts according to how you'd like to divide your money. Before creating new accounts, think about the features you'll need and any fees and charges that may apply.

Consider how you usually pay for your everyday expenses like coffee or groceries and regular bills like rent or loan repayments.

3

Automate and save

You can take some of the grunt work out of how you manage your money by setting up recurring auto transfers between your accounts using ANZ Internet Banking.

For example, when you receive your pay or student payment, auto transfers could move money for your savings, bill payments and everyday spending.
