ANZ has today announced it has agreed key terms with Australia Post, which would see ANZ customers able to use Bank@Post services from 1 October 2025.
Bank@Post is a service provided by Australia Post that enables customers to perform various banking transactions at more than 3,300 participating Post Offices across Australia. The service allows customers to deposit cash and cheques, withdraw money, and check their account balance.
Katherine Bray, Managing Director, Retail Banking said “We recognise there has been a lot of community discussion about the presence of branches in regional areas and the agreement with Australia Post will ensure further access to face-to-face services for our customers, particularly in these areas.
“We are pleased negotiations with Australia Post are at an advanced stage. Under the terms, ANZ customers would be able to access Bank@Post services from 1 October 2025.”
