ANZ awarded most Popular Banking, Finance and Insurance Employer at Top100 Graduate Employers Awards 2025

ANZ is proud to be recognised as the Most Popular Banking, Finance and Insurance Employer for Graduates at last night’s GradConnection Top100 Graduate Employers Awards.

Now in its 11^th year, GradConnection partnered with Chandler Macleod, SHL, and The Australian Financial Review to deliver this year’s Top100 Graduate Employers Awards and celebrate the most popular graduate employers in Australia.

This year marks the fourth consecutive year the ANZ Graduate program has been awarded the Most Popular Banking, Finance and Insurance Employer Award. The program also took out fifth place for the Overall Most Popular Graduate Employer, making it the fourth year ANZ has placed within the top five out of 100 nominees across Australia.

ANZ Group Executive, Talent and Culture, Elisa Clements said: “We are proud to have been acknowledged once again by the Top100 Graduate Employers Awards and to win the title of Most Popular Banking, Finance and Insurance Employer for the fourth year running. The 2025 ANZ Graduate cohort will commence their first rotations of the program next week. Expressions of interest for the 2026 ANZ Australia Graduate Program will close in mid-March 2025.
