The ANZ Security Device is a key ring sized electronic token that displays a Security Code, which is required to authorise value transactions to third party accounts.
Once you receive your Security Device, you need to activate it before it can be used.

The ANZ Internet Banking for Business Administrator and/or Authoriser registered for a Security Device will receive it in the post within 10 bank business days from the date the Registration Helpdesk receiving the registration form.
In ANZ Internet Banking for Business, you will be asked to enter the Security Device Code each time you authorise a third party transaction.
No. It is a hand held device of key ring size, and is independent of your computer's operating system.
When authorising any third party payment you'll be prompted to enter the Security Code. The Security Code is the sequence of numbers displayed on your ANZ Security Device, which changes every 60 seconds. All you need to do is to punch in the numbers displayed and follow the prompts.
The six digit number displayed on the face of the Security Device is the Security Code.
The Security Code number is in lock step with code numbers in the ANZ system. Each Security Device is matched to the customer's identity and cannot be used for any other customer or account.
No, other users cannot use your Security Device.
No. You cannot share your Security Device with any other users.
You will need to input the Security Code on the authorisation screen to determine which one is your Security Device.
Only one Security Device will be issued for each CRN.
Yes. Your Security Device is linked to your CRN, not your computer.

If you have entered the wrong Security Code three times, you will get a message that your Security Device has been disabled.
No. As this is a transfer between your own accounts, and not a third party payment, the payments do not need to be authorised with a Security Device.
If you lose your security device, you will need to contact ANZ Internet Banking for Business Helpdesk on 1800 269 242 (International callers: +61 3 8699 6906) between 8.00am and 6.00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday to advise us of this as soon as possible.
It is possible to have an internationally based Administrator or Authoriser.
ANZ Security Devices will be sent to the registered business mailing address and can be sent internationally via a courier service.
No, you only require one security option to authorise your payments.
Note that ANZ Shield will replace both your ANZ Security Device and one-time passcode.
The Security Device does not transmit or receive any radio or wireless signals of any kind. It contains only a chip, a lithium battery, and an LCD display similar to a digital watch.
The ANZ Security Device is expected to last for about five years from the date of manufacture.
The Security Device is a sealed unit and the battery is not replaceable.
