ANZ released its first half 2024 results today, characterised as one of consolidation and delivery. The benefits of ANZ’s diversification reflected in the momentum across all divisions from targeted investment, efficient allocation of capital and a continued focus on risk.
Speaking with bluenotes on video, ANZ CEO Shayne Elliott said the half year result continued the momentum of the “fantastic” 2023 financial year, in which the bank recorded its highest ever revenue and cash profit.
