Smaller organisations are faster and more successful at identifying the core purpose of their business compared with larger counterparts, according to one of Australia’s leading executive coaches.
Speaking to BlueNotes on video, chief executive and founder of Chorus Executive Christine Khor said small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) were able to use this knowledge to create stronger teams among staff, leaving the efforts big business in their wake.

Khor said businesses need modern leaders who are up for the challenge of running a modern organisation and are able to empower their employees in a tough marketplace.
“You need to have a strong leadership team that actually are brave in themselves,” she said. “That are making hard decisions, that are making right decisions, that are making worthy decisions.”
