Community grants
In 2023 we provided $1.71 million through our community grants programs.
Staff Foundations
Our staff foundations in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji are charitable trusts that provide grants to local community organisations and projects advancing financial wellbeing, housing and environmental sustainability. The foundations are jointly funded by workplace giving donations and ANZ double-matching employee contributions.
ANZ Community Foundation
The ANZ Community Foundation provides grants of up to AU$30,000 to community organisations around Australia to fund projects that assist local communities to thrive.
ANZ New Zealand Staff Foundation
The ANZ New Zealand Staff Foundation is a charitable trust, which provides grants of up to NZ$25,000 to community organisations throughout New Zealand to help them achieve their goals.
ANZ Fiji Staff Foundation
The ANZ Fiji Staff Foundation is a charitable trust, which supports local charities working in remote communities, including those providing funding for emergency food supplies, farm kits, rebuild work and disaster relief, as well as programs to empower women and girls.
Seeds of Renewal
ANZ Seeds of Renewal grants program is designed to help build vibrant, sustainable rural communities and to support the ongoing prosperity of regional Australia.
Grants are administered by the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR) and applications are accepted on an annual basis. Applications for the 2024 Program closes at 5pm AEST Thursday 1 August 2024.
