Community Giving Customer Donation Program

The ANZ Customer Donations Program provides ANZ Internet Banking customers a convenient and simple way to donate to charity.

Using ANZ's existing Pay Anyone functionality, we facilitate direct donations to a range of charities. In 2007, over $10,000 was donated to charity from our customers.

Customers can donate by following these easy steps:

  1. Login to Internet Banking and Pay Anyone.
  2. Access the Charity Donations functionality via the green banner located at the bottom of the Balances and Transactions page
  3. This banner will be visible to all Consumer and Small Business customers (excluding affiliates) and will link to the Charity Donations “information” page.
  4. Once customers have read about the program they can then proceed to the Donations page.
  5. As per the existing Pay Anyone process, customers nominate an account, select a charity, and enter the amount they wish to donate. Please note that recurring payments are not available.
  6. An authorisation page then appears where customers submit the donation, and can then print a lodgement receipt. Customers should print this receipt for tax purposes.
  7. The donations will be sent directly to the charity as an immediate Pay Anyone transaction.
