Phone support
ANZ Travel Card Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phoning 1800 094 003 (+613 9683 7777 when overseas) to report your card lost or stolen, hear and/or change your PIN, check your card balance or for general enquiries.

To purchase an ANZ Travel Card, simply visit your nearest ANZ branch (except Sales Only and In-Centre branches) or Foreign Exchange Centre.

*To reload your card while you're away, contact your bank or financial institution to make a BPAY® payment from your cheque, savings or transaction account via internet or phone banking (allow 2-4 business days). The foreign exchange rate used will be the rate on the day ANZ received your cleared funds from BPAY®. A 1.1% Reload fee will apply. Limit of two value loads per day.

BPAY

A 100-point ID check will be required to obtain an ANZ Travel Card, if you are not a current ANZ customer. Fees and charges apply.
