The ANZ Supplementary Loan allows you to access the equity in your home or investment property for personal or investment purposes. It is fully flexible and can be used for a variety of different purposes such as consolidating existing personal borrowings, purchasing shares or to finance other purchases, according to your needs.

 Repay loan early Yes (fees may apply if repaying a fixed rate loan during the fixed rate period - See Fees and Charges below)
 Make additional  repayments Yes - for variable rate supplementary loans. For fixed rate supplementary loans, additional repayments can be made up to a set tolerance amount**. Early repayment costs may apply for additional repayments above the tolerance amount for fixed rate loans.
 100% Mortgage Offset Yes - for variable and one year fixed rate supplementary loans - this mortgage offset account makes the most of your available funds to reduce interest costs, and shorten the term of your loan:
 Redraw facility Yes - for variable rate supplementary loans or fixed rate loans once they revert to the variable rate. Find out more.
 Reduced fees on a  personal transaction  account*** Yes - you will not pay account servicing fees or additional withdrawal fees on your linked ANZ Access Advantage account (not available with ANZ Interest-in-Advance Supplementary Loan)

Fees and Charges
 Loan Approval Fee (LAF) $350
Covers application and loan establishment costs. A Valuation Administration Fee may apply (PDF, 328kb). Payable upon drawdown of the loan.
 Loan Administration Charge $10 per month (Applies during fixed interest rate period).
 Redraw fee Available on variable rate loans. $25 redraw fee, $2,000 minimum redraw (additional conditions apply).
 Early Repayment  Administration Fee Applies to fixed rate loans. $300 if you fully prepay your entire loan during the fixed rate period. Only applies to loan agreements made on or after 1 November 1996.
 Early Repayment Cost Applies to fixed rate loans. May be payable if and when you repay your loan in full, or make an early or additional repayment, during the fixed interest rate period.
