At ANZ we understand the unique needs faced by owners of a financial planning practice. As a result, we have developed a specific range of benefits to support your business and personal goals.

The ANZ Financial Planning Package offers financial solutions to assist:

  • Succession planning - allowing equity purchasers to borrow against future cash flows.
  • Purchase of an additional financial planning business.
  • Acquisition of business assets e.g. commercial premises.
  • Refinance existing practice debt.
  • Grow the practice without the need to use property assets as security.

Key Features & Criteria include:

  • Loans of up to 60% of the value of the practice or the value of an owners equity share.
  • Minimum average $300,000 of fee income per equity owner is required.
  • Membership of an industry body is required.
  • Principle and interest repayment terms up to 7 years, interest only up to 2 years.
  • Available to independent AFS license holders and authorised representatives of AFS holders.
  • Tripartite Agreement (with the dealer group), external due diligence and valuation requirements may apply.
  • Practices greater than 12 months old, Principals must have a minimum 5 years financial planning experience.
