ANZ has added over 1000 new ATMs in the past five years to make it easier for you to access your money.
Find your nearest ANZ ATM using the ANZ ATM locator tool. ANZ is putting on more ATMs in more convenient places.
More ANZ branches are now open outside of normal business hours to make it convenient and simple for you to do business with us when it suits you.
The Internet Banking Helpdesk is open 24 hours so you will be able to contact us at anytime if you are experiencing any difficulty with ANZ Internet Banking.
The call centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you will be able to get in touch with us whenever it is convenient for you to discuss your banking needs.
We understand that Small Business customers want to have a banking relationship with someone who understands their unique needs. Therefore, we are putting on more Small Business Specialists across metropolitan and regional Australia. We already have over 400 Small Business Specialists, Business Banking Managers and Small Business Managers nationally, with another 130 either recently hired or on the way.
ANZ will be progressively introducing Retirement Banking Specialists in every ANZ branch nationally. Retirement Banking Specialists are already located in and are available at more than 220 ANZ branches. Tax time is now easier for E*TRADE investors with a FREE tax reporting service that’s integrated with their online trading account. With just a click of a button, investors who trade or have stock holdings with E*TRADE will be able to download an easy-to-use report at the end of each financial year that summarises the tax positions of their E*TRADE investing activity. And it’s not just stocks – the report includes dividends too. By choosing to automatically credit dividends to their ANZ E*TRADE Cash Investment Account, customers’ dividends will be included in the report, as well as the interest earned on those dividends.5
